Lightstar Renewables is hiring a Development Manager to lead solar PV project development across its Illinois and Maryland portfolios. The role manages projects from early-stage development through permitting, interconnection, site control, environmental and land-use diligence, community engagement, and investment milestones, while coordinating consultants, utilities, landowners, officials, and other stakeholders. The position is remote with in-office presence available for candidates residing in the greater Boston Metro area, and offers a base salary of $145,000–$160,000 plus a potential 20% annual performance bonus.
