Description
Every Mother Counts is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Development Manager to manage fundraising and donor-engagement operations. The role oversees Salesforce donor data, gift processing, campaign and pledge tracking, reporting, donor stewardship, event logistics, vendor coordination, and cross-functional support with Finance and Operations. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years of relevant nonprofit development or fundraising-operations experience, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least two days per week in the office in lower Manhattan.
