Description
The Development Manager leads fundraising, volunteer leadership, and community engagement across Atlanta, Tampa Bay, and Jacksonville, with responsibility for approximately $460K in planned annual fundraising revenue and year-over-year growth. The role builds relationships with donors, businesses, sponsors, and community partners; plans and executes fundraising events; recruits and supports volunteer leaders; manages donor data; and serves as the Foundation’s public representative. It is a full-time remote/home-office position with regional travel, occasional evening or weekend events, and a budgeted starting salary of $80,000–$90,000 plus 5% bonus eligibility.
