Description
IST is hiring a Development Manager to lead and support several software development teams, foster a high-performing engineering culture, coach engineers, manage recruitment and onboarding, align priorities with Product Owners and other stakeholders, and improve delivery through agile processes and continuous improvement. The role also involves exploring AI-driven tools and workflows and requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, prior software development leadership experience, agile experience, strong communication skills, and fluent English. The position is full-time and permanent, based at IST's Växjö office, with an office-first policy and possible flexibility for remote work three days per week.
