Description
IST is hiring a Development Manager to lead and support several software development teams, foster a high-performing engineering culture, coach engineers, manage recruitment and onboarding, align delivery with Product Owners and other stakeholders, and improve agile processes. The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, prior software development leadership experience, agile experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. It is a full-time permanent position with an office-first policy; in Scandinavia, offices are in Stockholm, Växjö, Roskilde, and Oslo, with possible three-day remote work for employees living farther away.
