The role is based in the Greenfield office and serves the Franklin County and North Quabbin area. Responsibilities include donor research, cultivation, stewardship, database management, communications, digital marketing, event planning, grant-writing, reporting, and community representation. The position requires 2–4 years of fundraising experience in a human services or healthcare organization, strong communication and project-management skills, and familiarity with donor databases, Microsoft 365, and social media.
