Description
The Development Manager will advance the Louisiana Bucket Brigade’s mission by leading annual fundraising appeals, monthly giving, mid-level donor cultivation, major-donor development, donor stewardship, CRM data management, and volunteer coordination. The role reports to the Development Director, requires at least five years of development experience, and is primarily in person with one remote workday per week and additional remote work available annually. The position pays $75,000 annually and includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, parental leave, a 401(k) match, and professional growth support.
