Description
Oakland Corporation is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead and actively contribute to the modernization and upgrade of its accounting and grain software platforms. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with direct participation in system design, code reviews, CI pipeline oversight, architectural decisions, and the transition to cloud-native architecture. The manager will lead a small team, maintain development roadmaps, manage issues and pull requests, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality. Required qualifications include software development and team-management experience, production delivery experience, project planning, GitHub, AWS, and cloud-native architecture familiarity; Java, Go, CI systems, and legacy-platform modernization are preferred.
