Description
Path Construction is hiring a Development Manager to lead development planning and strategy, identify and pursue new construction opportunities, analyze projects, prepare pro formas, manage pre-entitlement and project financing, negotiate contracts and joint venture agreements, and coordinate consultants and stakeholders across Illinois, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Arizona. The role requires at least five years of real estate development experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in real estate underwriting and finance; multifamily, medical, educational, or industrial development experience is preferred. The annual salary range is $100,000 to $130,000, with a bonus plan and additional benefits.
