Description
JDA is seeking a Development Manager to lead the expansion of its self-storage division into the Dallas metropolitan area. The role oversees the development and construction of new storage facilities, manages consultants and contractors, coordinates design, permitting, budgets, bids, contracts, inspections, and project delivery, and supports land acquisition and feasibility analysis. The position requires travel, including overnight trips, and reports to the Director of Construction of the Self-Storage Division. A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction science, or a related field is required, while five years of relevant experience in the Dallas Fort Worth market is strongly preferred.
