Description
Thompson Thrift is hiring a Development Manager – West Region based in Denver, Colorado, to lead multifamily real estate development projects from acquisition through permitting across the western United States. The role coordinates sellers, legal counsel, municipalities, consultants, construction partners, and review agencies; manages schedules, risks, due diligence, entitlements, zoning, utility planning, surveys, civil and architectural teams, site planning, and permitting; and serves as the primary contact with state and local agencies. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field and at least three years of relevant experience are required, with real estate development experience preferred. The Colorado pay range is $125,000–$135,000 USD.
