Description
Tract is hiring a Development Manager to lead large-scale data center campus development in selected markets, including site selection, due diligence, master planning, zoning and entitlements, permitting, infrastructure extension, earthworks, contractor and consultant coordination, budget and schedule management, and government and community engagement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, real estate development, architecture, planning, or an equivalent field, plus at least four years of experience in large-scale land development, civil engineering, site planning, or construction; professional engineer licensure and data center, utility, or telecommunications engineering experience are preferred. The position is based in Denver, Colorado, may require significant travel, and offers a $150,000–$160,000 base salary plus a discretionary bonus, with employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance.
