The Development Manager partners with an Executive Director and community volunteer leaders to execute an annual plan supporting the arthritis community, including revenue generation, special-event fundraising, mission outreach, sponsor acquisition, and volunteer-committee development. The role is full-time and exempt, remote from Chicago, Illinois, and pays a starting salary of $69,300 per year. It requires a bachelor’s degree or related experience, strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, organizational and time-management abilities, and problem-solving skills.
