The role combines approximately 60% hands-on software development with 40% team leadership, including architecture and solution design, code reviews, technical mentoring, project planning, estimation, resource allocation, quality and delivery discipline, and stakeholder coordination. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 15 years of relevant experience including 5+ years managing development teams, and expertise in software architecture, programming, cloud technologies, databases, APIs, version control, Agile, and technical delivery practices.
