AES Clean Energy is hiring a Development Manager to lead project development for wind projects across the Western United States, including WECC and CAISO service areas. The role manages project schedules and budgets, risk, permitting, stakeholder relationships, site and environmental studies, engineering and construction handoffs, project finance diligence, and business-development reporting. It requires 7–10 years of renewable energy project development experience, an undergraduate degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and approximately 30% travel. The position may be hybrid, with a strong preference for being near AES’s Louisville, Colorado office, and offers a base salary of $134,000–$168,300 per year plus an annual bonus and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
