The Marjaree Mason Center is hiring a full-time, exempt Development Officer in Fresno, California to solicit donations, manage donor relationships and CRM records, build community partnerships, and support fundraising campaigns and events toward annual fundraising goals of about $1 million. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of progressive fund-development or related experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work evenings/weekends; benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and a 403(b) match.
