Second Helpings is hiring a Development Operations Manager to oversee the systems, processes, data, and day-to-day operations of its development department. The role manages grants, Salesforce administration, gift processing, donor and funder acknowledgement and stewardship, prospect and donor data, reporting, and departmental workflows, while supervising the Development Coordinator. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of relevant nonprofit development or administration experience, Salesforce expertise, and strong project management and people-management skills. The salary is $65,000, and the employer does not offer visa sponsorship.
