YWCA Madison is hiring a full-time Development Operations Manager to lead the operations, systems, and processes supporting fundraising and donor engagement. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the role manages donor relations systems, gift processing, donor data, reporting, CRM administration, donor recognition, cultivation and stewardship strategies, prospect research, and major-gift support. Candidates need at least five years of progressive nonprofit fundraising, development, donor relations, major gifts, or stewardship experience, along with CRM, project management, communication, and collaboration skills. The position is based at the Empowerment Center in greater Madison, Wisconsin, with an annual salary of $58,000 to $75,000 and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
