Description
Sprank is hiring a Support Worker for De Rozenhoek in Bergschenhoek to support and care for 13 young adults and adults with disabilities according to their support plans. The role includes assisting with daily activities and ADLs, maintaining contact with client networks, administering medication, updating electronic client records, supporting social development, and helping with household tasks. The position offers a one-year contract for 16–24 hours per week, with possible conversion to a permanent contract, and requires an MBO level 3 qualification in care, social work, or pedagogy, a Christian faith community membership, and a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
