Description
The Development Planner evaluates and advances prospective land and development opportunities through due diligence, feasibility analysis, zoning and land-use review, permitting coordination, pre-construction planning, budgeting, and project inception. The role coordinates with clients, consultants, municipal officials, and internal teams; supports project schedules, budgets, and development objectives; and assists with proposal packages, project parameters, and business development. It requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, planning, engineering, or a related field, 3–6 years of relevant experience, knowledge of permitting and zoning, construction cost and estimating skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project.
