Description
OpenAI is seeking a Development Planner to own portfolio-level planning for future data center shell capacity. The role translates compute forecasts, power, cooling, rack-density, and deployment requirements into site and building plans, evaluates self-build, lease, colocation, and development-partner options, identifies capacity gaps and risks, recommends campus and utility phasing, and partners with cross-functional teams to support investment, geographic, and portfolio decisions. It is an individual-contributor lead role requiring at least eight years of relevant experience and strong analytical, modeling, communication, and program-leadership skills.
