Description
The Quartermaster of the Development Organization provides strategic direction and portfolio management for the Municipality of Lelystad’s area developments, including Hart van de Stad, Waterfront, and the Existing City. The role coordinates program managers, ensures coherent project phasing, identifies portfolio dependencies, and advises the executive team on the development department’s structure. It requires an HBO or WO degree, at least five years of public-sector area-development experience, and experience directing program managers and managing complex, interdependent developments. The contract is for at least one year with the aim of moving toward a permanent contract.
