Description
The Construction Accountant is responsible for maintaining GAAP-compliant financial records and internal controls for land and office building development projects, including job-cost accounting, revenue recognition, budgeting, variance analysis, audit work papers, vendor payment monitoring, and management reporting. The role supervises accounting staff, mentors team members, and supports due diligence activities. A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline and four to six years of related accounting experience are required; construction accounting experience and CPA certification are preferred. The pay range is $90,000 to $105,000, with medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits.
