Molex is hiring a Development Process Engineer in Hanoi to coordinate cross-functional engineering activities for developing, launching, and transferring new products from concept through mass production. The role leads manufacturing process concepts, factory layout, tooling and equipment procurement, line setup, trials, documentation, ramp-up, and communication with global development centers, while supporting quality, compliance, workflow, and system development. Candidates need a mechanical or mechatronics engineering background, at least five years of engineering experience, CAD proficiency, strong manufacturing-process knowledge, and fluent English.
