Description
Molex is hiring a Development Process Engineer in Singapore to lead a focused team supporting product development for connector and cable components. The role covers design-for-manufacturability analysis, proof-of-concept work, manufacturing and tooling strategies, supplier management, automation and assembly equipment qualification, NPI and plant ramp-up, and cost and quality improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering or equivalent experience, five years of mechanical engineering experience related to precision electromechanical components, and experience with connector manufacturing, assembly systems, project management, SPC, and DOE.
