Molex is hiring a Development Process Engineer – New Product Introduction (NPI) in Hanoi to coordinate cross-functional engineering efforts for new product introduction and transferred-product launch projects from early development through mass production. The role leads manufacturing-process development, tooling and automation coordination, design-for-manufacturing documentation, project planning, first-article and quality-run evaluations, process optimization, packing specifications, and engineering-change documentation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, at least five years of manufacturing experience, CAD proficiency, strong cross-functional leadership, and English fluency.
