Description
Eaton is hiring participants for its two-year Applications Engineering Leadership Development Program, with an optional third year, to develop future application engineers in the Electrical Sector. Participants rotate through manufacturing, testing, sales engineering, and end-customer assignments at Eaton facilities in locations such as Arden, NC; Greenwood, SC; Fayetteville, NC; Sumter, SC; El Paso, TX; and Portland, OR, with relocation assistance. The program provides exposure to power distribution and control products, including motor control, panelboards, switchgear, circuit breakers, and protective relays. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with graduation before July 2027, a minimum 2.8 GPA, relevant internship or co-op experience, and U.S. relocation flexibility; visa sponsorship is not offered. The expected annual salary is $82,000, with a one-time $6,000 signing bonus.
