SIXT is hiring a 12-month Management Trainee for its 1ST GEAR! program, which provides hands-on experience in sales, customer service, fleet management, and performance management while developing leadership skills. Participants work from day one, receive training, and are placed directly into a leadership position after successful completion. The role is based in Valencia, with relocation options to Murcia or Castellón, and requires a degree or team-management experience, strong English communication, a proactive attitude, flexibility, and a valid driver’s license.
