SIXT is hiring for its 12-month 1ST GEAR! Management Trainee program, which provides hands-on experience in rental sales, customer service, fleet management, and performance management while developing leadership skills. Participants work across branches and locations, receive training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving, and are placed directly into a leadership role upon successful completion. The program requires a degree or relevant team-management experience, strong English communication, an entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility, and a valid driver’s license.
