Description
BMC is hiring a senior public-sector professional for a one-year development program focused on program management, challenge-oriented collaboration, and complex societal challenges. The role may involve program management, start-up coordination, network coordination, or project leadership and change management, with assignments in the public sector and/or healthcare landscape. The program starts in October 2026, but candidates can begin immediately on a permanent contract for 32 to 36 hours per week. The position requires at least seven years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
