BMC is hiring a Program Manager for a one-year development program focused on complex societal challenges in the public sector and healthcare landscape. The role involves leading programs, projects, networks, or change initiatives; applying program management, network governance, transition, and change-management tools; and developing impactful solutions. Applicants must be senior professionals with at least seven years of relevant experience. The program can begin in October 2026, but candidates may start immediately on a permanent contract for 32 to 36 hours per week, with a salary band of €4,500 to €7,000 and other employment benefits.
