Development Program in Program Management and Challenge-Oriented Collaboration at Randstad Professional

BMC is recruiting a Program Manager for a one-year development program focused on complex societal challenges in the public sector and/or healthcare. The role involves leading challenging assignments, applying program management, network governance, transition, and change-management tools, and developing personal leadership and effectiveness skills. Participants work with experienced advisors and trainers, form a learning network, and may join directly on a permanent contract before the program starts in Q1 2027. The position requires at least seven years of relevant experience and offers a permanent contract of 32–36 hours per week, a salary band of €4,500–€7,000, and other employment benefits.
