Lehigh University is hiring a Development Program Manager for its College of Health in a partial-remote role based in Bethlehem. The position manages alumni, parent, and prospective donor relationships; plans donor events; develops volunteer programs; coordinates cultivation strategies with faculty and campus partners; supports fundraising campaigns; prepares donor communications; and maintains constituent data in CRM systems. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, three to five years of development or related experience, project management and event-planning experience, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license.
