Description
QTS is hiring a Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead the design, pre-construction, and construction activities for data center projects. The role manages multiple campus projects, budgets, schedules, permits, procurement, contractor payments, change orders, security procedures, and project delivery, while coordinating with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers, commissioning agents, vendors, and operations staff. The position requires a bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent professional experience, at least eight years of commercial construction experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to travel as needed.
