Description
QTS is hiring a Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead the design, pre-construction, and construction activities for data center development projects. The role manages multiple projects, budgets, schedules, permits, procurement, contractor payments, change orders, security procedures, and stakeholder relationships, while collaborating with design, construction, commissioning, sales, and product teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent professional experience, at least eight years of commercial construction experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time; an MBA, engineering or management master's degree, mission-critical data center experience, and extensive MEP-trade management experience are desirable.
