Eaton is hiring Operations Engineers for a two-year rotational program in its Electrical Sector. Participants rotate through manufacturing, engineering, production, quality, customer-facing, and project leadership experiences at Eaton sites in Sumter, South Carolina, or Cleveland, Tennessee, with relocation assistance available. The program offers exposure to switchboards, panelboards, switchboards, power distribution systems, AutoCAD, 3D modeling, PLC programming, and lean manufacturing, and pays an expected annual salary of $82,000 with a one-time $6,000 signing bonus. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in engineering with graduation before July 2027, a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, relevant internship or co-op experience, and U.S. geographic flexibility; visa sponsorship is not offered.
