BMC is recruiting a Security Development Advisor for a permanent development program that combines practical assignments with training, peer consultation, and guidance. The role develops strategic advisory, political and administrative, analytical, leadership, and collaborative skills in the public-sector security domain, with assignments for municipalities, care and security centers, RIECs, and security regions. The program starts in March/April 2027, but earlier employment is possible; it offers 32–36 hours per week, a salary of €4,000–€7,500 based on 40 hours, and nationwide work opportunities.
