Description
BMC is offering a permanent development program for security professionals to become strategic advisors in the public sector. Participants will work on assignments for municipalities, care and security centers, RIECs, and security regions while receiving training, peer consultation, and guidance. The program starts around mid-September 2026, with earlier employment possible, and requires at least five years of security experience and a relevant degree. The role offers 32 to 36 hours per week, a market-competitive salary, home-workplace support, vacation days, pension, and other benefits.
