Description
BMC is recruiting a Security Development Program participant to develop into a strategic advisor in the public-sector security domain. The role combines practical assignments with municipalities, healthcare, security centers, RIECs, and security regions with formal training, peer consultation, and guidance. Participants will provide political and administrative advice, coordinate programs and networks, use data-driven approaches, and develop strategic advisory and leadership skills. The program starts in March/April 2027, but earlier employment is possible; it offers a permanent contract for 32–36 hours per week, a salary of €4,000–€7,500 based on 40 hours, and nationwide work opportunities.
