Description
QTS is hiring a Development Project Engineer – Electrical to support the design, preconstruction, and construction of data center projects. The role reviews drawing packages, evaluates designs against standards and local authority requirements, coordinates with contractors, designers, commissioning agents, vendors, and operations staff, supports equipment procurement and SCCAF studies, and resolves design issues during construction and commissioning. A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent engineering experience is required, while data center electrical design, project management, electrical standards, and multidisciplinary systems knowledge are preferred.
