Description
QTS is hiring a Development Project Engineer (Data Center Construction) to support the design, preconstruction, entitlement, permitting, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, change-order negotiation, and construction activities for data center projects. The role coordinates with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers, commissioning agents, vendors, and corporate real estate teams, manages multiple projects, and may support due diligence for potential data center sites. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent professional experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, commercial construction experience, data center facilities exposure, MEP management experience, and strong communication and multitasking skills are required.
