LYOCONTRACT GmbH is hiring a Development/Project Management Associate to support the Development/Project Management department in a pharmaceutical contract-manufacturing environment. The role manages customer projects, leads new-product implementation through qualification and validation, supports internal projects and routine-operation challenges, prepares GMP documents, plans laboratory batches and product studies, and creates development plans and reports in English. Candidates need a natural-sciences, chemical-engineering, pharmacy, or related degree; ideally experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing, plus vocational training and several years of pharmaceutical-industry experience. The position offers flexible working hours, onboarding, training, and a modern workstation.
