The role independently manages commercial real estate development projects from scope and budget through design, permitting, entitlements, construction turnover, and close-out. It leads site investigations, risk mitigation, consultant management, design coordination, project reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while mentoring junior team members. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 6–10 years of relevant experience, with compensation of $125,000–$150,000 plus annual bonus potential and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
