Description
The Commercial Construction Project Manager leads ground-up developments, redevelopment projects, tenant buildouts, and capital improvement initiatives from design through closeout. The role coordinates architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and municipal agencies; manages budgets, procurement, contracts, change orders, schedules, quality, safety, and project closeout; and serves as the primary point of contact for ownership and other stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of commercial construction or development project management experience, strong construction and contract administration knowledge, and proficiency with construction management software. The position requires a driver's license and travel to portfolio properties, with compensation of $90,000-$110,000 annually plus bonus potential.
