QTS is hiring a Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead the design, preconstruction, and construction activities for data center projects. The role manages multiple campus projects, budgets, schedules, permits, procurement, change orders, contractor payments, and stakeholder relationships, while coordinating with design, construction, commissioning, facilities, and operations teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or equivalent professional experience, at least five years of commercial construction experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to travel as needed; an MBA, engineering or management master’s degree, mission-critical data center experience, and extensive MEP-trade management experience are desirable.
