QTS is hiring a Development Project Manager – Electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide technical expertise on electrical design projects for data centers. The role reviews drawing packages, evaluates designs against standards and local codes, supports procurement and equipment submittals, resolves design issues during construction and commissioning, and reviews short-circuit, coordination, and arc-flash studies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering field, at least five years of relevant design or construction experience, and 25% travel. The estimated Virginia-based salary range is $123,337.50 to $188,615.93, with additional benefits including retirement matching, paid time off, stock purchase, and tuition reimbursement.
