Hager Group is hiring a Development Quality Engineer (m/f/d) at its Blieskastel site on an indefinite contract. The role focuses on product and process quality activities, including FMEAs, control plans, quality documentation, milestone and quality-gate audits, complaint resolution, risk and competitor analyses, and product and production approvals with suppliers. Candidates need an engineering or technical degree, quality-management experience, knowledge of APQP, FMEA, 8D, PPA, and PPAP, and fluent German and English skills; BABTEC and SAP knowledge and electrical engineering knowledge are desirable.
