Description
The Development Scientist III develops, optimizes, and qualifies bioassays and process-derived impurity methods for biotherapeutic products, supporting release, stability, formulation, process development, regulatory filings, and health-authority responses. The role also leads cross-functional scientific problem-solving, method transfer and troubleshooting, SOP and protocol development, and continuous improvement. It requires a Ph.D. or master’s degree in a relevant life or chemical science discipline and at least six years of analytical method development and qualification experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology. The position is generally lab-based, requires up to 20% travel, and offers an annual base salary of $138,392 to $207,590 plus benefits.
