Proalpha is hiring a full-time Development Support Engineer to work across Germany, preferably in Kaiserslautern, with home-office availability. The role focuses on analyzing technical issues in source code and database structures, applying targeted fixes, installing customer solutions remotely, documenting cases, and collaborating with service consultants, developers, system engineers, and customer IT decision-makers. Candidates need a business or technical degree or equivalent qualification, experience with relational databases, object-oriented development, ERP or merchandise management programs, modern programming languages such as C#, Java, or ABL, and ticketing-system experience.
