Description
The Development Lab Technician I operates laboratory-scale mixing, extrusion, drying, and calcination equipment; prepares catalyst solutions; mixes and compounds materials; monitors process variables; performs moisture, plasticity, abrasion, and crush-strength tests; documents batch results; and supports development experiments. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, good math skills, computer knowledge including Excel, and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds. Some college is preferred but not required.
